1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using temp-vm.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

temp-vm.com provides on-demand Windows virtual machine rentals billed by the minute. Users can select a VM size, specify a duration, and connect via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Two-factor authentication (MFA) is strongly recommended and may be required.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use rented virtual machines for:

• Any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or distribution of malware.
• Sending spam, phishing emails, or conducting any form of cyber attacks.
• Mining cryptocurrency.
• Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
• Running services that consume excessive bandwidth or resources beyond the allocated limits.
• Any activity that could harm the infrastructure or other users of the service.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your VM and may lead to account suspension.

5. Monitoring & Logging

All activity on rented virtual machines is monitored and logged for security and compliance purposes. By using the service, you consent to this monitoring. Logged data includes commands executed, network connections, file system changes, and system events. You are granted Administrator access, but all actions are documented.

6. Payment & Billing

• VMs are billed at the rate displayed at the time of rental.
• Payment is required before a VM is launched.
• If you stop a VM early, unused time may be refunded at our discretion.
• All prices are subject to change with notice.

7. Network & Resource Limits

• Each VM is limited to 10 Mbps network bandwidth.
• RDP access is restricted to the IP address from which you initiated the rental.
• Maximum rental duration is 60 minutes per session.
• Maximum 3 concurrent VMs per user.

8. Limitation of Liability

temp-vm.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from the use of our service. You are responsible for backing up any data on your rented VM before the session expires.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. VMs will be automatically terminated when the rental period expires.
